Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Manavizha Invitations account and data at any time — on the website or in the Android app.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, mobile)
- All your invitations, their links and their RSVPs
- Photos, albums and music you uploaded
- Support requests and saved templates
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. Shared invitation links stop working at once.
What we have to keep
- GST tax invoices and credit notes for paid upgrades — kept for 8 years as required by the CGST Act, then deleted.
- For partners: commission, payout and TDS records required under the Income-tax Act.
Where records must be kept, your sign-in is disabled and anonymised so it can no longer be used.
Can't sign in?
Email support@manavizha.com from the address registered with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm and complete deletion within 7 days.
Partners with commission not yet paid out should request their payout first (or contact us), so no earnings are lost.
