Manavizha Partner
Partner Program Terms
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms govern the Manavizha Partner program (“Program”) operated by Akmo Solutions Private Limited, No. 14, SKCL Techsquare, SIDCO T.V.K Industrial Estate, Guindy Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600032 (GSTIN 33ABDCA4126G1Z5) (“we”, “us”). By applying, you (“Partner”) agree to them in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and approval
- You must be an individual resident in India, at least 18 years old, with a valid PAN, Aadhaar and an Indian bank account in your own name.
- Applications are reviewed at our discretion. We may approve, decline or ask for more information without giving reasons.
- After approval you must complete KYC (PAN, Aadhaar and bank proof). Commission is paid only after KYC is verified and your account is active.
2. How commission is earned
- You earn a commission, calculated as a percentage of the taxable value (the plan price excluding GST), on each paid Premium or Royal upgrade attributed to you. Your commission rate is communicated to you on approval and shown in your Partner dashboard.
- A sale is attributed to you when (a) the invitation was created from your active Partner account, including when your client pays through your payment link, or (b) the buyer first signed up through your referral link. Only one partner is credited per sale.
- Referrals are attributed through your referral links (your main link or any campaign link you create) at the customer's first sign-up. Each customer is linked to one partner only, and an existing attribution is never transferred.
- If a referral was missed, you may claim it from your dashboard within 30 days of the customer's invoice date, giving the customer's name, email, mobile number and invoice number. Claims are verified and decided at our sole discretion.
- No commission is earned on GST, on free plans, on refunded or charged-back payments, or on your own referral of yourself.
- We may change the commission rate for future sales with 15 days' notice. Sales already made keep the rate in force at the time.
3. When commission becomes payable
- Each commission becomes payable 7 days after the sale (our refund window). If the customer is refunded, the commission is reversed; if it was already paid, it is adjusted against future payouts.
- Balance of ₹1,000 or more: you may request a payout at most once in any 7 days and at most twice per calendar month.
- Balance below ₹1,000: you may request your earnings from previous months once per month, from the 7th of the following month.
- Approved payouts are sent by bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) to your verified account, normally within 7 business days. We share the transfer reference (UTR) in your dashboard.
4. Taxes
- Commission is subject to tax deduction at source (TDS) under section 194H of the Income-tax Act at 2%, once your commission payouts in a financial year (April–March) exceed ₹20,000. When a payout takes you past this limit, TDS is deducted on the full year's payouts to date (less TDS already deducted). Your payout shows the gross commission, TDS and net amount transferred.
- A valid PAN (collected during KYC) is required. TDS is deposited against your PAN and reflected in Form 26AS; we issue Form 16A every quarter, and you can download a TDS statement from your dashboard.
- If you are registered under GST you must share your GSTIN and issue us a tax invoice for your commission; you are responsible for your own income-tax and GST compliance.
5. Your obligations
- Represent yourself as an independent Manavizha Partner, not as our employee or agent. Do not make promises on our behalf beyond what our published plans offer.
- Plan prices are fixed by us. You may charge your clients separately for your own design or service work, but you must not misstate our prices.
- Do not spam, use misleading advertising, bid on our brand name in paid search, or upload content you do not have rights to (including music).
- Handle your clients' personal data only to deliver their invitation, keep it confidential and delete it when no longer needed.
6. Templates and content
Templates you save are for your own use in the Program. Our templates, ornaments, music and software remain our property and are licensed only for invitations made on the platform.
7. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate a Partner for breach, fraud, KYC mismatch or reputational harm, and withhold commission linked to such conduct. Legitimately earned, payable commission is settled after termination, subject to the rules above.
8. General
We may update these terms with notice in your dashboard. Indian law governs these terms and courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Questions: support@manavizha.com.
